Molds Changeable For Various Blocks
Attention!! When change the molds(1)Power off(2)Loosen bolts which fixed cavity and the upper and down molds and unload upper die and lower die.(3)Change the upper and down die that you want to produce. bolt does not need to fasten. you just need to tighten.(4)Open power. operating the lever. to make the the lower and upper molds match into the cavity.(5)Adjust the position of the upper and down mold with the mold cavity. so that they slide smoothly. a suitable gap (in normal. with a gap of 0.5mm between the upper and lower molds and the mold cavity). because the step (3) no fastening bolts. so at this time the upper and lower mold with molds cavity can be active. but may need tap to move.(6)After finishing adjustment.tightening the upper and lower mold cavity bolts and nuts. to lock effect.
