Products & Machines
What types of block-making machines do you offer?
We manufacture a full range: from manual models (QMR2-40) requiring no grid power, to semi-automatic lines (QT4-25, QT6-15) ideal for growing yards, up to fully-automatic production lines with European-design airbag vibration systems. Supporting equipment -- mixers, conveyors, palletizers, cement silos, batching machines and color feeders -- is also available as a complete turnkey package.
How do your machines handle harsh environments -- extreme heat, dust, unstable power?
Every machine is engineered for real-world field conditions. Our electrical systems tolerate 380V ±15% voltage fluctuations common in African and South Asian grids. Sealed bearings, dust-resistant cabinets, and heavy-gauge steel frames keep machines running through 40°C+ heat and dry-season dust. The QMR2-40 even runs on diesel -- no grid connection needed.
What raw materials are compatible with your machines?
Our machines are tested with locally sourced materials including sand, gravel, laterite, fly ash, slag, and recycled construction waste. We provide mix-design guidance based on your local material analysis so your blocks meet regional building standards from day one.
What block types and sizes can the machines produce?
By swapping interchangeable molds, a single machine can produce hollow blocks, solid bricks, paving stones (interlocking), curbstones, and color pavers. Standard sizes (400×200×200 mm, 390×190×190 mm, etc.) are available immediately; non-standard dimensions are produced within 15-25 days. Molds are included in the base price -- no extra tooling charge.
After-Sales & Support
What warranty do you offer and what does it cover?
All machines carry a 12-month warranty on structural components and electrical systems from the date of commissioning. Normal wear parts (vibration mounts, pallets, mold edges) are excluded but are pre-stocked in our regional spare-parts hubs for fast delivery. Extended service contracts are available on request.
Do you provide on-site installation and operator training?
Yes. Our team of 320+ engineers travels globally for commissioning and start-up support. We train your operators directly on-site -- in English or French -- covering machine operation, daily maintenance routines, mix ratios, and basic troubleshooting. Training typically takes 3-5 days and is included in the contract at no extra cost.
How quickly can I get spare parts when something breaks?
Critical wear parts are pre-stocked at regional hubs to eliminate the 1-2 month wait that plagues generic suppliers. Standard parts ship within 3-7 business days via DHL Express or freight consolidation. Each machine ships with a recommended spare-parts kit covering the first 12 months of operation.
Delivery & Shipping
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard in-stock models (QT4-25, QMR2-40) ship within 7-15 days after order confirmation. Custom-configured machines or complete production lines require 20-35 days of production. Ocean freight transit to major African ports (Lagos, Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Tema) typically adds 18-28 days. You receive regular photo and video production updates throughout.
Which port do you ship from, and which Incoterms do you support?
We ship from Qingdao Port, one of China's largest container ports, ensuring competitive freight rates and frequent sailings. We support EXW, FOB Qingdao, CFR and CIF terms. Our logistics team handles export documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and certificate of origin -- all in one place.
Can I inspect the machines before shipment?
Absolutely. We welcome visits to our 46,000 m² factory in Linyi, Shandong. For buyers who cannot travel, we conduct live video walk-throughs of your machine running at full production speed before crating. A third-party SGS or BV pre-shipment inspection can also be arranged at your request.
What payment terms are available?
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit to start production, with the 70% balance paid before shipment against shipping documents. For established buyers or large orders, Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also accepted. Flexible staged-payment plans for turnkey project orders can be negotiated -- contact our sales team to discuss.
Customization & Solutions
Can you design a complete turnkey production line for my factory?
Yes. We provide full turnkey solutions from site layout design to final commissioning -- including block machine, concrete mixer, batching plant, conveyor system, automatic pallet loader, stacker, cement silo, and color feeder. Share your target daily output, available floor space, and budget, and our engineers will deliver a detailed layout drawing and production plan within 48 hours.
Can machines be customized for our local materials and block standards?
Customization is a core strength. We adjust vibration frequency, press pressure, mixing speed and mold geometry to suit your specific aggregate and cement types. If your country uses non-standard block dimensions (East African, West African, or GCC standards) we manufacture bespoke molds within 15-25 days. Send us your local standard specification document and we'll confirm compatibility.
Do you support government affordable-housing or NGO reconstruction projects?
We have extensive experience supplying machinery for government affordable-housing programs, post-disaster reconstruction and poverty-alleviation projects in Africa and Southeast Asia. We assist with technical specifications for tender documents, provide CE and ISO quality certifications, offer extended operator-training programs, and can structure phased delivery schedules to match project drawdown timelines.
Do you offer exclusive agency or distribution partnerships?
Yes. We actively seek established distributors and trading companies in our key markets. Authorized agents receive preferential wholesale pricing, co-branded marketing materials in English/French/Arabic, first access to new product launches, and dedicated technical support for their customers.
