Yes! Our entry-level machines use simple button controls -- no computer knowledge needed. We provide an English/French operation manual with pictures, plus our local engineers come to your site to train your workers. Most operators learn the full process in 2-3 days.

Our factory is close to Qingdao Port. We have shipped to 108+ countries and know the customs process for most African, Latin American, Middle East and Asian ports. We provide all shipping documents (B/L, packing list, CO, CIQ). We can ship CIF, FOB, or door-to-door -- your choice.

Every machine comes with a free spare parts kit for the first year. We also pre-stock common wear parts at our regional hubs -- no more 1-2 month waits. If something breaks, just send us a photo on WhatsApp and our 320+ engineers will guide you through the fix or ship parts immediately.

Yes. Our machines are tested with sand, laterite, fly-ash, crushed stone and recycled materials from across Africa, Latin America and Asia. Send us a sample photo or material analysis report and we'll customize the mold and mix ratio for your local conditions.

Yes -- we know African and South Asian grids have issues. Our entry-level machines are voltage-stabilized and handle 380V ±15% fluctuations. For areas without grid power, we offer diesel-engine versions of our manual block machines. Tell us your power situation and we'll recommend the right setup.
